Hello, and thank you for reading Staring at Phones.  What on earth does that mean?  I love tech.  I love to use tech, learn about tech, and I love to stare at people’s phones.  Everywhere we go, people are texting, tweeting, and playing games on their phones.  It fascinates me to learn what kinds of phones people use (hint: most people I see use the iPhone).  Everywhere I go: restaurants, friend’s houses, church (for shame, people), I stare at people’s phones.  There’s no real reason.  I’m not trying to snoop on them or really learn anything important, I’m just interested in technology.

That’s why this blog is here.  Each week, I’ll post something interesting about technology.  The posts will be short; I know you’re busy and I don’t want to take up all your time.  I’ll try to post every Sunday night.  Why Sunday night, you ask?  Mondays stink.  I’d be honored if you’d let me make your Monday morning just a little bit less awful.
